I saw this video during a presentation in one of my ODKM courses. We are all (for the most part, taught that the leader is the the person out front, the trailblazer, the person demonstratively leading other people. But, by some of those same descriptions wouldn’t the first follower be the leader?
Leadership is such a complex term. Leaders should lead so well that they are no longer needed. Leadership creates leaders from its followers and those followers create leadership. Leadership does not mean first nor does it mean only. A true leader inspires others. Leadership is doing, not telling.
